4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the EU and UK.
Standard delivery within the Netherlands: 3–7 working days (€4).
Fast shipping within the Netherlands: 2–4 working days (€8).
Shipping outside the Netherlands (within EU/UK): 5–14 working days (€12-€25).
Pickup option available at Hoog Catharijne Mall, Utrecht. Customers must present proof of purchase for collection.
Delivery delays after dispatch are the responsibility of the shipping company.

5. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of cosmetic products are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@adwomakeup.com within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos) for assistance.

Promotional codes (e.g., NEW15) are valid for a limited time and may not be combined with other offers unless stated.
