Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are in their original packaging.
- Products are unused and untampered with.
- A return request has been made via your account (https://account.adwomakeup.com) or email within the 7-day window.
To initiate a return, please use the return button on your order page (https://account.adwomakeup.com) or contact our Customer Service team at info@adwomakeup.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Process
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Adwo Makeup is not liable for lost or undelivered return parcels.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days after the product is received for your refund to be issued. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.
