Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to all countries within the EU and the UK.
Delivery Times & Costs
Within the Netherlands:
- Standard Shipping: €4— Delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of shipment.
- Fast Shipping: €8 — Delivered within 2–4 working days from the date of shipment.
Outside the Netherlands (EU & UK):
- €12-€25(depending on your location)— Delivered within 5–14 working days from the date of shipment.
Pickup Option – Utrecht
You may choose to pick up your order at the Hoog Catharijne Mall in Utrecht.
- A pickup date and time will be sent to you via email after your order is processed.
- Please bring your purchase receipt (digital or printed) as proof of purchase when collecting your items.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, any delays in delivery are solely the responsibility of the shipping company. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, external factors such as customs clearance, postal service delays, or public holidays may affect delivery times.
Customs Fees & Import Duties
International orders (orders outside the EU) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees required for delivery.
Failure to pay customs or import duties may result in your package being held or returned by customs authorities.
